How long will my order take to arrive?
We send you orders with Colissimo. Your order is prepared and sent within 5 to 8 days. It then takes 2 to 5 days between the sending and receiving of the package in your mailbox. You will receive a tracking number to track the progress of your order in real time on Colissimo website.
In case you are not present when it arrives, you have 10 days to go to the nearest post office.

Can I track my order?
Yes, in the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 true days from the date of reception of products to inform us about return, by means of the section"contact us" and to return us, at your expenses and without motive, the ordered products.
If the delivered products are not the ones that the customer ordered, and that this error falls to our services, the expenses of return will be chargeable to the company SA ABC Accessoires.
Products must have returned to their original packing, complete, labelled, new, not worn (with the exception of the 1st fitting) and not washed, and in a correctly closed packaging.

How can I exchange a product?
We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, refunds will be issued to the payment method that was used.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return received (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.
