The shipment charges include the expenses of preparation and packaging as well as the postal charges. We recommend you to group all your articles in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipment charges apply to each of them. Your parcel is sent at your own risks, but a particular attention is worn in the fragile objects.
The dimensions of boxes are suited and your articles are correctly protected.
The customer has a deadline of 15 true days from the date of reception of products to inform us about return, by means of the section "contact us" and to return us, at his expenses and without motive, the ordered Products.
When the deadline of fifteen days expires one Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or non-work day, it'is extended until the next first working day.
If the modalities of exercise of return are filled, and without prejudice with capacities of the present General terms of sale, the Seller will pay off to the Customer, by bank transfer or by the account Paypal of the Customer, the total amount of its order, in 15 days according to the date in which this right was exercised (subject to the reception by the Seller of the returned Product).
However, in case of partial return of the order, and considering the fixed character of forwarding charges, the latter will not be paid off to the Customer and shall stay chargeable to the Customer.
Indeed, if the delivered products are not the ones that the customer ordered, and that this error falls to our services, the expenses of return will be chargeable to the company SA ABC Accessoires.
Failing that, the company SA ABC Accessoires will proceed to no exchange or refund of the ordered products.
CONDITIONS OF VALIDITY AND REFUND
Products can be returned / exchanged and paid off only on condition that the Customer follows scrupulously the following instructions:
· Products must have returned to their original packing, complete, labelled, new, not worn (with the exception of the 1st fitting) and not washed, and in a correctly closed packaging.
